We know that nature nurtures, and having the opportunity to talk through your experiences, with those who have first-hand experience, helps to positively change your perspective.
Thank you for today, and making me feel welcome I’ve suffered with a lot of mental health problems since leaving the army in 1994. I was medically discharged. Which left me in a dark place in 1994 coming back into civvy street and only knowing the army way of life.
